Our striking house, located in the beautiful beach side community of Santa Monica, is within walking distance to Santa Monica College, Third Street Promenade, supportive service agencies, and public transportation. We have been established in our community for many years, and strive for continuous involvement and service for our neighbors and surrounding organizations. We are committed to working with each individual to identify specific needs to encourage and support growth and recovery. Our compassionate, dedicated recovery home works to collaborate with each resident through all stages of recovery.
House Amenities
12 Streams is designed and operated with a sense of family and togetherness. The home has a full capacity of 12 guest residents and all are required to attend a minimum of three meetings per week. To help support and encourage sobriety, the home has numerous amenities.

Full service kitchen with food provided to meet the basic needs of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All meals are prepared and served family style.

12 Streams?
12 Streams is a family organization founded on the philosophy of passing a legacy from one generation to the next. The number 12 has a multitude of meanings for us as an organization, as well as filling a purpose for the home and our guest residents. With a full capacity of 12, guest residents are required to attend a minimum of 12 support meetings per month. The house is organized for each guest resident to be in the home for a maximum period of 12 months. From the 12 tribes, to 12 steps, the number 12 is representative of our organization's principles and the number continues to provide a source of inspiration for all we do.
